Organisation Overview

Development Facilitation Network (DFN) Udayapur is a community development organisation based in Gaighat, a rural town in the Udayapur district of Eastern Nepal. DFN’s ambitious aim is to support and improve the socio-economic status of the communities in which they work by engaging with projects and groups across many sectors including enterprise development, agriculture, health, environment, social inclusion and youth and gender equality.

Their programmes set out to empower local groups through support for social mobilisation development, micro enterprise schemes and the promotion of local entrepreneurship.

Why do they need this training?

Your training on the best practices of fundraising will enable DFN to build a robust fundraising strategy, build an effective network and implement engaging campaigns within the community, allowing them access crucial resources to support their vital work in the communities.

Who would fit this role?

DFN are looking for an experienced fundraiser with a background of successful campaigns, community action events and networking.
